                  The archive from which this file came (ashc5.arc) 
          contains all files for the ashc5 cross assembler for Motorola's 
          68HC05 parts, for use on IBM PC's and compatibles.  This cross 
          assembler is a "version 1.2" Motorola Freeware Assembler and, 
          except for giving 68HC05 cycle times and being compiled with a 
          different version of Microsoft QuickC (2.5 vs. 2.0), is identical 
          to "version 1.2" of as5. 

                  Because this is an addition to the "version 1.2" family 
          of assemblers, I have included in the archive some of the 
          documentation files that come with the full set of assemblers.  
          You may obtain the full set of IBM executables by downloading 
          FASPC1P2.ARC and the full set of source files by downloading 
          FASRC1P2.ARC.  To get a full manual, download ASREF.ARC, which 
          unARCs into ASREF.MAN.

                  If you want to recompile the assembler for any reason, 
          just tell your compiler to compile ashc5.c, which will then tell
